+8801794503767Mr. Ghosh have more than 10 years of working experiences in the field of natural resource management, climate change, AIGAs, governance, collaborative forest management, community mobilization, etc. He has also a good research foundation together with profound knowledge to work with different training module preparation like natural resource management, organization and leadership development, and gender and Sundarbans conservation. Resource mobilization and collaboration, fundraising opportunity searches, proposal development, and linkage with potential service providers, market actors, and small entrepreneurs for the financial sustainability of the CBOs were his other key knowledgeable arenas. The experiences of Mr. Ghosh show the extensive community engagement, which ultimately taught him to quickly grasp new ideas and make them a part of his natural thinking process. Thus, he is quick to learn and highly efficient in tackling the responsibilities assigned to him. On top, he is a real team player and believe in working as a team.
