Mr. Gaji is a social Activist. He has been working in the development sector since 2010. He has a long working experience on development sectors; especially in the division of Accounts and Human Resource. More than 50 project’s finance related activities & reports have been completed under his leadership. He is Self-driven, energetic, organized with excellent negotiation skill and has the ability to work under pressure. He has completed his Graduation and Post Graduation in Accounting from National University, Bangladesh. He has participated in national and international courses on the division of finance & administration.

Job responsibilities:

 Mr. Alamin's key roles and responsibilities are as follows;

  1. Create annual budget of the organization.
  2. Ensure the organizational accountability, transparency and quality.
  3. Ensure preparing and submission of particular financial/accounts reports to the donor agency in time.
  4. Ensure control over budget expenditures; maintain books & accounts, vouchers, banking, necessary report preparation & submission.
  5. Ensure the VAT and Tax is deducted from the bills of suppliers accurately following Govt. Rules.
  6. Ensuring that all financial information is properly analyzed and recorded.
  7. Audit Preparation and assistance to ca firm in performing audit.
  8. Recruitment/New Hire Process.
  9. Processing Payroll and Benefits Administration.
  10. Record Maintenance.
