Bangladesh Environment and Development Society (BEDS) is a leading community-based non-profit organization dedicated to solving complex environmental and social challenges in Bangladesh. Youth Empowerment
Youth in the Sundarbans coastal region face severe unemployment, climate-driven migration, and a lack of skill development facilities. To empower this dynamic demographic, BEDS provides coastal youth with vocational training, digital literacy, and green entrepreneurship opportunities. By building leadership in resource capitalization, disaster management and environmental conservation, BEDS equips young people to secure sustainable livelihoods and lead long-term community resilience.
